The product warranty (including any return or replacement claims) will automatically become void if any machine damage is caused by the use of third-party consumables or accessories (including but not limited to ink, hot-melt powder, DTF film, filter elements, or any other non-obziy branded consumables or accessories); such damage is strictly excluded from any warranty coverage.
Additionally, any product failure resulting from operation or maintenance that does not comply with obziy’s guidelines is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
