Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Can I change my mind and return the product?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging.All returns require a valid proof of purchase and must be approved by our customer support team in advance.
My product arrived damaged or is defective. What should I do?
Please contact our customer support team immediately upon discovering the issue. We will guide you through the approved return process. If the request is made within 7 days of receipt, Obziy will cover the return shipping costs. After 7 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the reason for the return:
Non-Defective Items (Change of mind, etc.): The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Items: Obziy covers shipping if reported within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will not include the original shipping fees or any discounts applied to your order.
What is the process for exchanging an item?
(1) First, contact customer support within 30 days to get approval for the exchange.
(2) Ship the product back in its original, unopened condition.
(3) Once we receive it, we will process and ship your replacement within 7 business days.
(4) You will receive a tracking number via email once your exchange ships.
Obziy DP1 Series DTF Printer Installation

I can't connect to the printer, even though all cables are connected correctly and the software is installed properly. What should I do?
1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Ethernet.
2. Under your network connection, ensure the IP address is set to 192.168.127.12 and the Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.
Why do all the indicator lights turn on when I power on the DTF printer for the first time?
This is normal when the ink bottles and DTF moisturizing fluid bottle are empty.
The lights will turn off once you fill each bottle. The waste ink indicator will only light up when the waste ink bottle needs to be emptied.
Why does the DTF machine shake and make loud noise during "Detect" and test bar printing for the first time?
Before running the test, please ensure the two screws on the printhead have been properly released to allow free movement.
What happens if I fill the ink in the WRONG order?
Filling the ink in the correct sequence is critical.
Incorrect order can cause irreversible damage to the printhead and other key components, and will void the product warranty.

Can I change my mind and return the DTF printer?

What is the warranty period for the different components of my DTF machine?
The warranty coverage varies by component:
Mainboard: 6 months from the date of receipt.
Print Head: 6 months from the date of receipt.
All Other Parts / Entire Unit: 12 months from the date of receipt.
Under what conditions will my DTF printer warranty become void?
Your warranty, including any claims for returns or replacements, will be void if:
You use any consumables or accessories not provided or approved by Obziy. This includes, but is not limited to, ink, hot melt powder, DTF film, or filters.
A product failure results from operation or maintenance that does not comply with the official guidelines provided by Obziy.

What is the warranty period for the Obziy AutoHP1 Heat Press?
Your Obziy AutoHP1 Heat Press is covered by a 12-month limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the day you receive the product.
The temperature drops when I press onto the image. Is this normal?
Yes. A brief temperature drop is normal when the heated plate contacts a cooler surface. The machine will quickly recover to the set temperature, and this will not affect the quality of your transfer.
The machine starts counting down before reaching the set temperature. Is this a problem?
This is normal operation. The timer can be started once the heating plate reaches a viable transfer temperature (which may be slightly below your set value). For best results, allow the plate to fully heat to the recommended setting before pressing the timer for a full, accurate cycle.
