Shipping Coverage

Website Orders: We currently provide shipping services within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. Sales and shipping to other international regions are under planning for future expansion.

Kickstarter Orders: Shipping for products featured on Kickstarter is subject to the shipping scope defined on their respective campaign pages and may differ from our website policy.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped from our local warehouses within the United States within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Split Shipments: Please note that if you purchase ink, powder, or other consumables together with a machine, they will be shipped separately from the machine in compliance with transportation regulations. Therefore, delivery times for these items may vary.
Shipping Carriers & Fees

Carriers: We operate a local warehouse network to ensure faster delivery. Shipments are fulfilled by standard carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.

Shipping Fees:

FREE Shipping on all orders of $69 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $69 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is placed with an incorrect or undeliverable address (e.g., a zip code that does not match the city), we will notify you via email.

You must reply with the correct address within seven (7) business days. If we do not receive a response within this period, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Obziy is not responsible for orders that are undelivered, returned to us, or delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to verify your order details.

Shipment Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. This email will include your order number, shipping carrier information, and a tracking number.

Track Your Order: Use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Issues & Claims

Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received: If the carrier's tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at support@obziy.com within 7 days of the posted delivery date. We are unable to assume responsibility for claims made after this period.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at support@obziy.com upon receipt. Include your order number and clear photos or a video of the packaging and the damaged/missing items. Prompt reporting is essential for us to assist you effectively.
Important Note on Virtual Products

Please note that products such as the “DPI Series DTF Printer Reservation Deposit” are virtual and for reservation purposes only. They will not be physically shipped. Customers wishing to purchase the physical product should order the specific DTF printer model.
