How to Qualify?
Complete the following three simple steps to unlock an additional 12-month Extended Warranty for the entire machine (excluding printhead and mainboard):

Register for an official website account (if you haven’t already) -
Complete the official online training -
Pass the quiz test
Important Notes:
- 1. The email address used for the application must be the same as the one used for registration, training, and testing.
- 2. If registration, training, and testing are not completed within 30 days after application, the application will become invalid, and the user will need to reapply.
- 3. Each user can only apply once per machine.
