At Obziy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring a smooth process if you need to return or exchange a product.

Service Scope

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging. If the original packaging has been opened, the product is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Non-Defective Products

For a return or exchange of a non-defective product to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The item must be unaltered and in unused condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number) must be included.

Please note that for non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns that are damaged during the return shipping process.

Quality-Related Issues or Defects

If you receive a defective or quality-related issue product, please contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

  • Returns or exchanges for defective products require prior approval from our customer support team.

  • If your request is made within 7 days of receipt, Obziy will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If your request is made 7 or more days after receipt, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Please have your order number and the reason for your return or exchange ready.

  3. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions for shipping your product back to us upon approval.

  4. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship the product back in its original, unopened packaging, making sure to include all accessories and components.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our policy conditions. If the product does not meet the outlined criteria, your request may be declined.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. The refund amount will exclude original shipping fees, handling charges, and any discounts applied to your purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges for new products will be processed and reshipped within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. You will receive an email with a new tracking number once your replacement has been shipped. If you experience any issues with the replacement product, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
