Can I change my mind and return the product?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging. All returns require a valid proof of purchase and must be approved by our customer support team in advance.
What is the process for exchanging an item?
- First, contact customer support within 30 days to get approval for the exchange.
- Ship the product back in its original, unopened condition.
- Once we receive it, we will process and ship your replacement within 7 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your exchange ships.
What is the warranty period for the different components of my product?
The warranty coverage varies by component:
Mainboard: 6 months from the date of receipt.
Print Head: 6 months from the date of receipt.
All Other Parts / Entire Unit: 12 months from the date of receipt.
Under what conditions will my warranty become void?
Your warranty, including any claims for returns or replacements, will be void if:
You use any consumables or accessories not provided or approved by Obziy. This includes, but is not limited to, ink, hot melt powder, DTF film, or filters.
A product failure results from operation or maintenance that does not comply with the official guidelines provided by Obziy.
What support is available for problems caused by me (user-induced issues)?
For user-induced issues, Obziy provides FREE lifetime diagnostic support to help identify the problem. If a repair is needed, a paid repair service is available. The warranty itself does not cover the cost of repairs or replacements for user-induced damage.
What does the standard warranty cover for non-user-induced issues?
For defects that are not the customer's fault, the warranty includes:
One free replacement for the Mainboard or Print Head within their 6-month period.
Free replacement of any other faulty part within the 12-month period.
